11,036 new Covid cases in ROI, 3,609 in NI

There were 11,036 new Covid 19 cases reported this afternoon, of which 5,649 have been confirmed through PCR tests.

In addition, a further 5,387 people registered positive antigen tests yesterday through the HSE portal.

Meanwhile, 3,609 new coronavirus cases have been recorded in Northern Ireland in the past 24 hours, with seven additional covid related deaths.
