Donnelly hoping antigen portal won’t be abused

The Health Minister has admitted the HSE’s portal to record positive antigen tests is open to misuse.

From tomorrow, people who test positive on an antigen test will be able to upload their result to the HSE’s website.

They’re then considered a confirmed case and can request a Covid recovery certificate.

Minister Stephen Donnelly is hoping people will do the right thing………….
