Covid said to be having significant impact on LUH

The Chair of the Regional Health Forum West is warning that Covid-19 is having a serious impact on Letterkenny University Hospital.

The hospital is currently dealing with 70 infectious cases of the virus with a number of wards converted into covid wards.

Councillor Gerry McMonagle says the spread of the virus is having a knock on effect on the delivery of other services in the hospital.
