Fertiliser prices more than doubles

Fertiliser prices more than doubled in the year from January 2021 to 2022.

CSO figures show they went up 127 per cent.

Energy prices increased by 30 per cent in the same period, while feed costs went up by a fifth.

The statistics also show milk prices increased by almost 30 per cent.
