I’m not sure if all the loopholes are closed for Russia – Deputy Harkin

A South Donegal Deputy has questioned if Ireland has done all it can amid the invasion of Ukraine by Russia.

Speaking in the Dail Deputy Marian Harkin said Russia’s invasion was premeditated and well planned.
